How We Work

Once you have contacted us, our expert staff will partner with you to identify your training/workforce development needs. We can provide something as simple as a single-event training to a more complex workforce development initiative. For example, our staff can work with you to develop curriculum, deliver training sessions, create training materials, support system-level interventions, provide ongoing mentorship for staff, etc., depending on your goals and needs.

The following are training/workforce development initiatives we have offered in the past, to help illustrate the range of topics we cover:

  • Mental health diagnosis, treatment options, psychopharmacology
