USMLE/COMPLEX Scores Steps 1, 2, & 3
3 Letters of Recommendation (one from current Training Director)
ECFMG Certificate (when Applicable)
Certificate of Training Form
ACGME also asks that U.S. programs notify applicants of the length of the program. Addiction Psychiatry programs require 12 months of training.
