Welcome to Shawn Sidhu, MD, a new Assistant Professor in the Department’s Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, who began working in the Department on August 1, 2013. Dr. Sidhu will serve as an inpatient Attending at the Children’s Psychiatric Center Chimayo Cottage. He will also spend time at CRCBH providing direct care to patients and consultations to providers at rural, IHS and tribal sites through our telepsychiatry program.
Dr. Sidhu earned his MD from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed his general psychiatry residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Northwestern University Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Dr. Sidhu pursued his fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA.
