OBJECTIVES:
1.) Participants will receive a review of the mental health and developmental needs of infants in the child welfare system.
2.) Participants will recognize practice using a trauma-informed and developmentally-informed lens that helps them understand infant needs from a neurobiological perspective.
3.) Participants will receive an overview of the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics by Dr. Bruce Perry.

All psychiatrists, other physicians, fellows, psychiatric residents, medical students and behavioral health providers  -- as well as members of the public -- are welcome to attend. Admission is free.
